1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through The Storycraft Post, including digital downloads, subscriptions, and future physical kits. By placing an order or accessing content, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products & Services

The Storycraft Post offers:

Digital downloads (letters, puzzles, escape room kits, and printable materials)
Subscriptions (pay-in-advance letters, stories, or kits delivered periodically)
Physical kits (future products for personal or rental use)

3. Eligibility & Recommended Age

Products are intended for use by families and adults. While there is no strict age limit, we recommend participants be 12 years or older, with adult supervision for younger users. Subscriptions are most likely to appeal to adult purchasers.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are prepaid for the full term.
Payment methods accepted include major credit cards via secure payment processors.

5. Digital Products

Non-refundable: Once a digital product has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your family or personal vacation rental.

6. Physical Products

Replacement or refund is only offered for defective items.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Physical kits are intended for personal or vacation rental use only; commercial use without a license is prohibited.

7. License & Permitted Use

Products may be used within your family or vacation rental property you own/manage.
You may not sell, redistribute, or share digital or physical products with third parties.
Commercial or public use requires a separate license from The Storycraft Post.

8. Safety, Liability & Assumption of Risk

All activities are voluntary. Users assume all risks associated with participation.
The Storycraft Post is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or loss arising from use of digital or physical products.
Adult supervision is strongly recommended for children.
Follow instructions carefully, and comply with all local laws and hotel/vacation rental policies.

9. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Use of The Storycraft Post products for illegal purposes, or to create, distribute, or encourage illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate activities, is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, stories, puzzles, designs, and materials are copyrighted by The Storycraft Post. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information only as necessary for transactions and subscriptions. By purchasing or subscribing, you consent to receive email communications regarding your orders and occasional promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in emails.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to limit access or terminate services if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized commercial use or distribution of materials.
